LeBus encourages our clients to consider the benefits of frozen bread. Whether you are in our delivery area or far away, frozen breads are a smart alternative to fresh delivery. Our largest clients choose frozen because it gives them the advantage of baking off and serving only what is needed. There is no waste!

LeBus bakes its frozen line 85%, with the crust left light. Immediately, our breads are flash frozen and shipped to restaurants, hotels, and markets. You simply finish the bake for five minutes. Some products, you just defrost. You get a crustier, fresher product and your customers can enjoy the aroma and taste of bread right out of the oven.
