Our flash freezing process enables us to serve customers that are far away with the same fresh product as are local customers. Frozen LeBus bread is every bit as crispy and delicious on the table as fresh delivery because the product is frozen before it has time to ever begin to get stale. Plus, you have the luxury of baking only what you intend to use... with no waste!
